Accessibility Statement
Alexandria Holdings LLC ("Alexandria") is committed to ensuring that the public-facing website at alexandria.com (the "Platform") is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement describes our accessibility standards, the current state of the Platform, and how to contact us if you experience accessibility barriers. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Notice.
1. Our Commitment
1.1 Alexandria strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium ("W3C"). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility. In maintaining this standard, Alexandria is guided by the following frameworks:
- (a) Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 12181 et seq.), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in places of public accommodation, including websites operated by private entities;
- (b) Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794d), as amended, which governs accessibility of electronic and information technology developed, procured, or maintained under federal contracts — a standard Alexandria aligns with as a matter of practice given its engagement with U.S. government agencies and defense contractors; and
- (c) the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), to the extent that Alexandria provides products or services within the European Union that fall within the scope of that Directive.
2. Current Conformance Status
2.1 Known limitations:
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility improvements may be required:
- (a) some PDF documents and downloadable resources may not yet be fully accessible to screen readers; and
- (b) certain third-party embedded content may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
2.2 We are working to resolve any limitations on accessibility.
3. Feedback and Formal Complaints
3.1 We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Platform. If you experience any accessibility barrier, cannot access any part of the Platform, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us by:
- (a) email at accessibility@alexandria.com; or
- (b) submitting a request through our contact form at alexandria.com/demo.
3.2 We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response or resolution within fifteen (15) business days.
3.3 If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact:
- (a) the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (for ADA-related matters) at www.ada.gov; or
- (b) the U.S. Access Board (for Section 508-related matters) at www.access-board.gov.
4. Government Users and Section 508
4.1 If you are an employee or contractor of a U.S. federal agency accessing the Platform in connection with government business and require information about the accessibility features of the Platform for Section 508 compliance purposes, please contact accessibility@alexandria.com. We will provide an Accessibility Conformance Report ("ACR") prepared using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template ("VPAT") upon reasonable written request.
5. Updates to This Statement
5.1 We will review and update this Accessibility Statement at least annually, or whenever material changes are made to the Platform that affect accessibility. The date at the top of this Statement reflects the most recent review.
